Bind-mount your prometheus.yml from the host by running

docker run -d --net=host \
            -v /$HOME/prometheus.yml:/etc/prometheus/prometheus.yml \
            --name prometheus-server \
            prom/prometheus

node exporter for local system at NodeExporternode_exporter
