Exploring batching options using standard Java
The idea is to implement a BatchingQueue that supports the following methods:
BatchingQueue::add(T element)BatchingQueue::onBatch(Consumer<Collection<T>> consumer)BatchingQueue::shutdown()? Not sure about this one - perhaps should be implementation dependent
