"Influenza 2015" is a simple app that displays the number of reported flu cases in each U.S. state for each week in 2015.
The code is available under an MIT license.
The data was compiled by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and downloaded from HealthData.gov. It is available under an Open Data Commons Open Database License (ODbL).
