Alfred Workflow to find Apple Device public name, identifier or internal name.

Supported: iPhones, iPads, iPods, Apple Watches.

Trigger

By default workflow can be triggered with mdl keyword:
Assemble
    Use ↵ to copy public name (ex. iPhone 11 Pro).
    Use ⌥ + ↵ to copy identifier (ex. iPhone12,3).
    Use ⌘ + ↵ to copy internal name (ex. d421ap).
