[FIXED] Heating Failed Restart Required

I changed filament and started printing with OctoPrint and after reaching a certain temperature LCD started beeping and show this message and I manually restarted the printer. OctoPrint showed following error
Your printer's firmware reported an error. Due to that OctoPrint will disconnect. Reported error: Heating failed, system stopped! Heater_ID: E0 -
Is this related to firmware?

This is related to loose hot end thermistor.
