This plugin defines and use a new Foldmethod function to show the file folds in the way I like.
This function shows three levels of folds, with different indent left and right.
To use it you should set foldenable and define the foldmethod. I usually
prefer set foldmethod=marker instead of other methods for better workflow,
but YMMV.
