B2V è un progetto nato a febbraio 2022 in collaborazione con Mario, Loris e Simone. Partendo da una stampante BLV MGN Cube di Ben Levi (funzionante) si crea una conversione a Trident di Voron. Il progetto è stato sviluppato per riutilizzare il più possibile i componenti della BLV, modificandoli il meno possibile. Questa conversione coinvolge l’intera macchina (asse X/Y/Z). Per quanto riguarda il corpo estrusore, puoi assemblare ogni tipo di testa Voron compatibile MGN12.
Le dimensioni della stampante finale si riducono leggermente, soprattutto grazie alla riallocazione della sezione elettronica sulla parte inferiore, e dedicando tutta la parte superiore alla meccanica. Sono stati progettati tutti i pannelli per poterla chiudere e dare agio alla stampa di materiali che richiedono una camera chiusa.
Si raccomanda: materiale ABS, riempimento 40%, strati superiore/inferiori 5 e pareti 4.
Il progetto è open source, tutte le parti necessarie alla realizzazione del progetto sono liberamente stampabili.

B2V is a project born in February 2022 in collaboration with Mario, Loris and Simone. Starting from a Ben Levi BLV MGN Cube printer (working) a conversion to Voron's Trident is created. The project was developed to reuse the components of the BLV as much as possible, modifying them as little as possible. This conversion involves the entire machine (X/Y/Z axis). The dimensions of the final printer are reduced slightly, above all thanks to the reallocation of the electronic section on the lower part, and dedicating the whole upper part to the mechanics. All the panels have been designed to be able to close it and to permit the printing of materials that require a closed chamber.
Recommended: ABS material, 40% infill, 5 top/bottom layers and 4 walls.
The project is open source, all the parts necessary for the realization of the project are freely printable.
