compiling & installing

compile

$ make

compile and install

$ make install # by default, install path is set to /usr/local/bin/. Use PREFIX=PATH to override.

compile, install, run

$ make run

uninstall

$ make uninstall # by default, install path is set to /usr/local/bin. Use PREFIX=PATH to override.
