The programm starts with 'waning' level log at first. User can change the log level with sending SIGUSR1 or SIGUSR2 signals to the program to change the log level to INFO or CRITICAL respectivly. It also stops working if even on of the mandatory keys does not exist in the config file. This programm works with .ini files.
