https://github.com/0xmachos/mOSL is a good replacement until this is updated.

Basically, we should remove all settings that are no longer relevant, and add ones that are newly added.

For the first time I enrolled in the HacktoberFest looking to start learning about Open Source, is there in anyway that I can help with this issue?

@Gonmeso Hey! So for this issue, you should check that things work properly on Mojave and Catalina. Basically make sure that the settings are changed properly (which unfortunately must be done manually since I haven't found a way to automate this).
