watchbuild-ci-runner
This repo is just provides a Gemfile pointing to a custom implementation of watchbuild with slack integration.
A CI system can pull this repo and run bundle exec watchbuild -a <app-id> -u <itc-user-id> -n <slack-webhook-url>
