A platform write in php with symfony and xampp that you can send SMS and see your sent and get report. This is a restful api with this url:localhost:80/?number=([0-9]+)/send/sms&body=(.*). You can use your own api by changing apiUrl1 and apiUrl2 in controller and .env file for mySQL database.
