Exception in setup and the first use

I followed the steps of installation and data from the readme, but then in the usage, when I run

python holodeck/main.py --query "a living room" --openai_api_key <OPENAI_API_KEY>

I get these exceptions:

I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with this!

Could you please check if this file is in the correct path? Also, I saw you are on Windows, so you may need to use a VM to run our codebase.
