#Introduction This repositary contains the implemenation of "Hierarchical normal mode refinement of anisotropic thermal parameters for supramolecular complexes", which is a novel adp refinement method termed as FSUB and developed by Ma-Lab at Baylor College of Medicine. This implementation is compatible with phenix-1.8.4-1496. Only modified files are included in this repositary. You can install the FSUB by replacing these files in the corresponding directories and recompiling phenix. mgr.tgz contains the accompanying software which generates the normal modes required for refinement. #Usage
