IoV 9.29 is a JA2 v1.13 MOD created by daboboye. However, with the development of JA2 v1.13, the data and file structure of IoV 9.29 is outdated, without mentioning the bugs.
The aim of IoV Rebirth project is to build a new IoV 9.29 MOD, even with some changes.
The project is now at the initial stage.
