This is a clustering algorithm based on similarity values. The main feature of QGSIM is that it keeps a quality between cluster's elements with a minimal similarity value.

In 2013, Andrey A. Masiero (@amasiero) presented QGSIM. It results from his master's thesis. QGSIM has been coded using Java Language. QGSIM performance research still on going.
