In DGE tab, change references to marker "classes" to "groups"

The current interface refers to DGE groups as "classes" for marker identification, and "groups" for differential expression. There is little difference between these terms, and having two terms for the same concept causes unnecessary confusion. All references to marker classes should be changed to groups, in the interface and in the documentation.
