Module 6 (Extra) - ABADSII – Development of a machine learning model based on Vintage Analysis Theory. The highlight of this project was the combined use of triad of tools - Github desktop, Visual Study Code and Streamlit - to create and test a web-based interface to our credit evaluation simulator for our fictional bytebank.

Module_5_ABADSII_The_road_not_taken
Module 5. First, I make a critical review of the Kaggle's dataset proposed for this ABADSII’s module. Next I identify a more suitable repository using the same population pool and derive a new dataset respecting the same time window used by the Kaggle's one. Finally, I benchmark the two datasets and suggest the last as the most potentially appropriate for the development of a predictive machine learning model to identify recent hospitalised covid-19 patients at risk of aggravation needing ICU.

Module 1 - ALURA Bootcamp Applied Data Science II (ABADSII). Dataset Source – ‘OpenDataSUS – Registros de Vacinacao Covid 19’ – 30 May 21. My first attempt to explore a mix of 3 software (one per project phase) to create a Risk Based Monitoring (RBM) model to manage the covid_19 vaccination plan at the UDVE levels in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina (SC).

Module 2 - (ABADSII). Dataset Source – ‘OpenDataSUS – Registros de Vacinacao Covid 19’ – 30 May 21. Correcting and further developping work initiated at Module_1 using the same raw master dataset. Still using a mix of 3 software tools for exploring, refining and define project target labelled 'Combinations_of_Concern - CoC'. Identified, isolated and counted the most important "CoC' groups per UDVE in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina(SC).

FINALLY I DE_EXCELED !!!! Module 3 - (ABADSII). Dataset Source – ‘OpenDataSUS – Registros de Vacinacao Covid 19’ – 30 Jun 21. Completely automated the 3 phases of my RBM project using only the integrated Colab&Jupiter&Python platform. At end of June 2021 we still have 12% (368,833 registers) of the overall registers for SC that we do not know which covid-19 vacine an individual received.
Vac_Covid19_BR_SC_Combinations_of_Concern_4
Module 4 - (ABADSII). Dataset Source – ‘OpenDataSUS – Registros de Vacinacao Covid 19’ – 30 Jul 21. Completely automated the 3 phases of my RBM project using only the integrated Colab&Jupiter&Python platform. At end of July 2021 we still have 10% (~ 470.000 registers) of the overall registers for SC that we do not know which covid-19 vacine an individual received.
Vac_Covid19_BR_SC_Combinations_of_Concern_5
5th edition of 'Combination_of_Concern' - Dataset Source – ‘OpenDataSUS – Registros de Vacinacao Covid 19’ – status on 31 Aug 2021. Personal work done beyond the scope of Alura Bootcamp and courses.
