How to uninstall it?

For anyone who's interested in uninstalling it(the non-terminal way), here's my guide.

Go to Finder - Macintosh HD. And then use the shortcut COMMAND+SHIFT+. to show hidden files. Then navigate to etc

and then scroll down till you see hosts. Ideally, you should see a file called 'hosts' and another file called 'hosts.equiv'. In my case I had 3 files -> one called 'hosts' (which contained the Spotify ad-block additional text), another called 'hosts.equiv' (which you can leave untouched), and another one called 'host~orig'.

What you should do is delete the hosts file which contains the Spotify text. And then keep the other file. In my case, I deleted the 'hosts' file and kept the 'host~orig' file which I then renamed to 'hosts'. And this did the job.

The default text in the hosts file should be this:
