This repository hosts code and example datasets to demonstrate Critical Environmental Regressors through Informed Search (CERIS) and Joint Genomic Regression Analysis (JGRA). A CERIS-JGRA analysis is demonstrated in CERIS_JGRA_demonstration.ipynb
. This file contains a worked example analysis of GDD to flowering time in sorghum. By clicking on the "Open in Colab" banner at the top, you can open an interactive notebook and explore different datasets.
