Data and visual presentation of sampling of zooplankton and phytoplankton in 21 lakes and ponds as well as vegetation coverage of catchments in the Zackenberg area, North East Greenland during the period 2013-07-18 to 2013-08-11 (see ttg_lages.geojson). Each lake where wisited four times at regular intervals. Sampling followed protocols described in Schmidt et al. (2012)
