Firts of all you need to install Clion. Then do this step:
git clone https://github.com/unicode256/IAPIS
Then open project in Clion and change all paths in CMakeLists.txt, main.cpp, Tree.cpp
to your own.
After this steps you can build project, it will take about 5-10 minutes. After building you can run your project. For building and running Internet connection is required.
