A CalDAV & CardDAV Web Client

Modifications:
- Enable cookie to save login credential.(Useful when installed as web app)
- Add radius to some sharp square popups
- Move the calendar type selection to the top line
- Hide resources by default when switching the functions (so does launching)
- Maybe more, but I forget...
