how change parameter to make fluid thicker or jelly?

I reviewed the Fluid Dynamics Simulation from the NVidia. I get a small understanding of fluid mechanics. and I have known, what is the purpose of Advection, Pressure, Diffusion, Vorticity in this simulation.
can you please help out something in deeper to achieve thicker/Jelly fluid, with or without put obstacles in a simulation?
I have a small idea about, thick fluids have a high viscosity and we should change the Vorticity Confinement fragment. but no idea to implement this.
if you have any shader fragment code for this and how can we change it from outside?
