Part 1

• List the elements.
• Paginate the list, 10 elements per page.
• Allow filtering the table based on the content of its fields.

Part 2

• The content should be responsive.

Part 3

• A counter that allows me to know how many elements are seen and unseen.
• Allow marking an element in the list as "seen."
• Filter the list by date/time range (edited).
