Describe the bug
The "Get Started" button fails to respond

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to "https://packrat.pages.dev/"
  2. Scroll down and click on "Get Started button"

Expected behavior
Upon clicking the "Get Started' button, users should be directed to the Log In / Register Page
