BinaryToXmlConverter

Summary: It's a WPF application that allows you to convert a file to a base 64 encoded string.

Usage:

  1. Click 'Select File' to open a file dialog box. Select the file you want to convert.
  2. Click 'Convert To Xml' to generate a base 64 encoded string contained in an xml wrapper.
  3. Click 'Copy To Clipboard' to later paste it to your choice of text editor.
  4. Click 'Clear' to clear out the controls.
