The objective is to analyze the impact of monetary policy on regional gross product using an NK DSGE model that includes:
- Two regions: the main region and the rest of the country.
- Four agents:
- A representative household.
- A final-goods firm.
- A continuum of intermediate-goods firms.
- A monetary authority.

- Price stickiness.
- Intertemporal price optimization with a nominal tax rate.
- Production function with investment.
- Monetary policy.
- Productivity shock.
- Monetary shock.
