Steps to run the application

  1. Download or clone the project
  2. pip install -r requirements.txt - to install required python packages
  3. Run python init_db.py - This would initialize a sqlite3 DB which is used to store information.
  4. flask run - to run the application
  5. Go to http://localhost:5000/submit to access the application
