📝 Description of the feature
As a user, i want to be able to start a local installation product's without needing to start the PIM server.
I want to be able to specify the version, but the default version should be the most recent one.
I want to be able to specify an ip address and port.
I want to be able to specify a license server address.
I want to be able to specify the log level.
I want to be able to specify which API version to use.
