Issues on uploaded windows-binaries for v0.3.0

When trying to build the Docker Windows container from the binaries in the release, there seems to be communication issues between the client library and the service. Using the service in standalone mode also reports issues.
This does not happen with the Linux binaries. It only affects the Windows binaries.
