Change landing page cards to more simple ones

Based on the Documentation Team's feedback, we should change our card styling to something more simple like the ones in the following links:
https://docker.docs.pyansys.com/version/dev/
https://mechanical.docs.pyansys.com/version/dev/getting_started/index.html
No images, just icons. And smaller cards consequently. They should all fit into one page. Whether to leave it as a 2x3 matrix or 3x2 I leave it up to you to decide.
