Programmers more often don't leave the keyboard with their hands.

I think this issue is similar to #8. With keybinding handler, you can use the familiar ctrl / command + d keybinding to make smart selection without sperating your hands with the keyboard.

If VS Code provides such API, I'd like to work on this.
