Interface image collections with sits irregular cubes

sits has a structure for irregular cubes that is similar to the image collection model in gdalcubes. In order to reuse sits' easy-to-use interfaces to collections cloud providers, it would be useful to add a conversion method, or simply let raster_cube() accept sits cubes objects.
