Subject: Issue with BIDS Conversion Using ClinicaDL

Dear ClinicaDL Team,

I have encountered an issue when converting the ADNI dataset to BIDS format using ClinicaDL. Despite following the official tutorial, only 11 samples are saved, regardless of the number of samples I input.

I have downloaded the images and corresponding data from the ADNI website and set up the checklists as per the tutorial. Yet, the outcome remains the same: only 11 samples are converted.

I would like to know how to resolve this issue.
