Deployment of react tutorial from Tania Rascia

To make changes and deploy:

Make your changes locally, commit and push to remote.
npm install --save-dev gh-pages (This may not be necessary every time)
npm run build
npm run deploy
- input your github credentials and it should say "published" when done. You should be able to see your changes on the deployment site: https://-------.github.io/react-tutorial
