Has the page for the first link under Information for developers and code contributors - ArchivesSpace build system - been deleted?

If that's intentional, no problem. It just shouldn't appear as a link there.

I don't remember any discussion about removing it so I assume it happened
in error when we were reorganizing. I can restore it (I use that page a
lot).

Actually it looks like it was just renamed dev.md and the title changed to
"ArchivesSpace developer docs". This was not a bad change, but I changed
the title to "Running a development version of ArchivesSpace" which seemed
more specific. I left the file name as-is and fixed the links in the main
readme and in the readme under /development.
