The update is not available from the IDE’s library manager.

Hi @Zhu-jiatong. It takes some time for a new library release to become available for installation via Library Manager. The indexer job runs hourly, but there is also a local cache to avoid the overhead of excessive index updates for the IDE users. We give a conservative estimate of availability to everyone in the world within a day's time. So please be patient.
