Attributes not working after upgrading to 2021

As the title says. Attributes just stopped working, though there are chances sometimes where they do work (not sure how tbh) and can't repro 100%
Update: Seems to be affecting scriptable objects mainly.
Update 2: Actually its affecting everything

Nvm looks like another package had a custom editor for object which was overriding it all.
