This is simple calendar application that allows the user to save events for each hour of the day. This app will run in the browser and feature dynamically updated HTML and CSS powered by jQuery.

This is simple calendar application that allows the user to save events for each hour of the day. This app will run in the browser and feature dynamically updated HTML and CSS powered by jQuery.

Objective: The app should display standard business hours (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.). Each time slot should represent one hour and contain the following:

The time

A field to hold user input

A save button

Clicking on the save button will store the time and user input in localStorage. Near the top of the calendar, the application should display the current day. Additionally, each hour should be color coded to reflect whether the time slot is in the past, the present, or the future. This will change depending on the time of day.

How to use:

Step 1 - Open the Day-Planner web app and corroborate that at the top , you are able to see the correct date . The date should match the date you open the web app.

Step-2 Navigate to any of the availble time slots and log an event pertaining to that particular hour. Keep in mind that if you are viewing the web app between the hours of 9am to 5pm , the current hour you are viewing it on will be marked as red, the previous hours will be marked as grey and future hours will be marked as green.

Step-3 Click on the blue botton located on the right to save the content in to the localStorage.

Step 4- TEST- Reload page Result -Previously entered content saved to the locaStorage should be retrieved and appear on the same time slot that was previously entered.
