If you have, it’s likely the result of eye strain, which happens when your eyes get tired from intense use. Fortunately, it can be remedied with a helpful trick called the 20-20-20 rule

What’s the 20-20-20 rule?

If you find yourself gazing at screens all day, your eye doctor may have mentioned this rule to you. Basically, every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.

How to Install in Linux (for Arch-based distros only)

  1. Clone the project
$ git clone https://github.com/armiin98/eye_care_20_20_20.git
  1. Go to the eye care 20 20 20 directory
$ cd eye_care_20_20_20
  1. Give permission to run
$ chmod +x install.sh eye_care.sh
  1. Install
$ bash install.sh
