Sets header footer attribute
Default: true
-highlighter
Name of the source highlighting library (e.g., coderay).
Default: prettify
-icons
Sets which admonition icons to use
Default: font
-imgdir
Sets image directory
-linkcss
Css is linked, otherwise css is embedded
