yt-dlp plugin that allows you to use 13tv.co.il links
to use this put 13tv.py in folder (if the folders are missing create them)
Windows:
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\yt-dlp\plugins\13tv\yt_dlp_plugins\extractor
Linux:
~/yt-dlp-plugins/13tv/yt_dlp_plugins/extractor/
Mac:
${XDG_CONFIG_HOME}/yt-dlp/plugins/13tv/yt_dlp_plugins/extractor/
then you can use yt-dlp:
