All programs will run well on python 3.6 and more and add Python folder and Python\scripts folder in environment variable
requirements.txt file is given which can install all required python Libraries in one shot just open cmd where the file is kept and then type
pip install -r /path/to/requirements.txt
if also any library is missed by mistake plz type
pip install LIBRARAY_NAME
will install it automatically required Libarary
