Before I ask about the Conan package build of this, I am wondering if the developers here are also responsible for it?

No I'm not.
Does it not have contact info associated with it? (I'm not familiar with conan, but most packaging things do.)

Sorry I couldnt write. No it doesnt. I found the problem Im having and sadly I learnt that you are not the creator of that. Thanks though!
