Import class documentation from Developer Manual.

WIP at issue-137-import-doc.

issue-137-import-doc only had commit 5d2268c which only touched [dox] and has ben reimplemented as a hot-fix at 6eec2fe.

Deleting issue-137-import-doc and closing issue as invalid as the description is too vague.
