The Helzy application is a multifunctional, indispensable tool designed to integrate essential health functions into a single platform. It aims to assist users in tracking their health and well-being while also aiding governments in digitizing the healthcare sphere. The goal of the app is to provide a centralized platform for storing important health information, such as medical tests and medication records, enabling users to stay informed about up-to-date health and medical information, and facilitating health tracking.
The Helzy app offers a wide range of features that cater to users of all genders, ages, and backgrounds. Regardless of geographical or cultural borders, the application is accessible and suitable for everyone. Each user has the autonomy to enter personal health information and customize the entire application according to their preferences and health conditions. The following features are included:
- Personal Health Information: Save and manage personal health conditions and relevant information.
- Test Results Upload: Upload and store the results of medical tests and analysis.
- Helzy Stars: Earn special points, known as Helzy stars, for achieving health-related goals like meeting hydration targets, getting sufficient sleep, and more.
- Health Articles: Access free, credible health-related articles from reputable scientific journals.
- Habit Tracking: Monitor and track daily habits to promote positive lifestyle changes.
- Activity Tracking: Track daily, monthly, and weekly activity levels, including distance covered.
- Diet Information: Save and track dietary information, including nutritional details of consumed food and eating habits.
- Sleep Tracking: Monitor sleep patterns and listen to guided meditations for better sleep quality.
- Water Intake Tracking: Keep track of daily water consumption to maintain hydration levels.
- Sleep Analysis: Track sleep throughout the week/month and view average deep sleep duration.
Helzy is designed to cater to a global audience and has no limitations based on gender, country, age, or background. While the initial focus will be on developing and launching the app in our home country, Kazakhstan, we are committed to expanding its reach to a broader global audience. This expansion will involve presenting the app to the target audience effectively and establishing partnerships with local hospitals. Additionally, we plan to incorporate user feedback into our development process and leverage various channels to spread awareness about the app.

To get started with Helzy, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/assanbayg/helzy.git - Install Flutter dependencies:
flutter pub get - Configure Firebase: Set up a Firebase project and update the necessary configuration files. I did not include firebase_options therefore you need to it yourself.
- Build and run the app:
flutter run
