Add logo of bronze sponsors to readme

According to our sponsors tier, bronze sponsors should also be mentioned in the readme.
We need to add 2 companies:
- Ably - https://ably.com/press-center/ably-branding
- Rviewer that is a brand new bronze sponsor - https://rviewer.io/img/logo-rviewer.434b8512.svg or https://github.com/Rviewer-Challenges
Below Silver, we need new Bronze section
