Note
Make a backup of your ~ directory first!
Tip
If you want to, you can choose to make the entire desktop monochrome using this Desktop Effect. I currently have this enabled.
To toggle this with a keyboard binding, check this out.
git clone https://github.com/at-pyrix/dots/
cd dots
cp -r ./* ~
First of all, download this konsave config.
- Install konsave
- Fire up a terminal, type
konsave -i "/path/to/black.knsv" - Check if "black" appears in
konsave -l. - Type
konsave -a blackto apply the theme. - Restart your computer.
Note
I am also using BetterFox user.js to enhance privacy and also minimize bloatware.
- Copy the two files inside
firefox/chrome-black(userChrome.css&userContent.css) - Open up Firefox. In the address bar, type
about:profiles. Look for the one that says "This is the profile in use and it cannot be deleted.". Now click the "Open Directory" button (Root Directory). - Create folder named
chrome. - Inside the
chromefolder, paste the two files which we've copied. - Restart Firefox.
- Go inside the
firefoxfolder and download themonoff-black.xpifile. - This is a Firefox theme I made. To apply, open this with firefox and add it to Firefox.
- Konsole
- Firefox
- Dolphin
- zsh
- unimatrix
- pipes.sh
- neofetch
- Application style: Breeze
- Plasma Style: Breeze
- Window Decorations: Breeze
- Icons: Tela circle black dark
- Cursor: Dracula
- Login Screen (SDDM): Where is my SDDM theme?
No further changes will be made to this repo, so as to match the original screenshots :) Therefore, this repo has been archived.
