Many Ganmepads dont get recognized. USB device descriptor is sent, but HID descriptor is not sent.

I was able to get this to work but with XInput only gamepads, the arduino code detects the device and receives Device info on port but it does not get the HID info so no descriptor to use. How can we get data packets and info to support such game pads with that are XInput devices only?
